They are back! Entries open for 2022 Chamber Business Awards
4th November 2021
Entries have opened for the 2022 Midlothian & East Lothian Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
The Awards, postponed last year and this year due to the pandemic, will bring together the business community of Midlothian and East Lothian, showcasing the achievements of a range of businesses and talented individuals, especially relevant following the unprecedented challenges we have all faced over the past year.
For more than two decades, the Awards have celebrated all that is great and good about our local business community. Once again there will be a chance for businesses to gain major recognition at an event widely-regarded as one of the best of its kind in the region and an eagerly-awaited highlight on the social calendar for over 20 years.
There are 10 awards categories, including: Business High Growth, Business Innovation, SMEs of the Year, Environmental Impact, Commitment to Youth Development, Community Impact, Family Business, New Business of the Year, Business Resilience and Local Hero.

Those entering the business awards need not be members of the Chamber, but their business must be situated in the Midlothian and East Lothian area or show a ‘significant commercial interest’ in the area.
Shortlisted entries will be announced early March 2022 and winners will be revealed at the Chamber Business Awards Ceremony and Dinner on 31st March at the Brunton, Musselburgh.
The closing date for entries is Monday 7th February 2022. Good luck!
