East Lothian lawyer takes next step on the legal ladder

An East Lothian lawyer is climbing the ladder with one of Scotland’s leading independent legal firms.

Eilidh Robertsonhas been promoted to become a Senior Associate in the Rural Land and Business team at Lindsays.

It is a role which sees the Haddington solicitor work with landowners, farmers and others across Scotland on various aspects of their businesses, with the Edinburgh-headquartered firm advising a number in East Lothian.

She was previously an Associate.

Elidh is one of 11 Lindsays lawyers whose promotion was announced this week.

She has been congratulated on her achievement by Managing Partner Alasdair Cummings.

The 11 promotions announced by Lindsays this week were on top of 11 others made in April.

Mr Cummings said: “I cannot remember another year when we have been able to recognise and reward the hard work, talent and achievements of so many of our colleagues with promotions.”
