Project Proposal

The site is located approximately 6km southeast of Gifford in East Lothian. The site is currently used as a managed grouse moor for shooting and sheep grazing.

The current layout assumed in the scoping request comprises of 23 turbines varying in tip height from 180m to 230m. The wind turbines together with the associated infrastructure, energy storage facility and habitat enhancements collectively make up the Wind Energy Hub.
