BIDDING AND TENDER SPECIALISTS JOIN HOMES FOR SCOTLAND

Scottish based bidding and tender experts, AM Bid Services, is delighted to announce that it has become an Associate Member of Homes for Scotland, the voice of the home building industry in Scotland. 

As Scotland's largest bid services company, currently enjoying bid win rates of 80-90%, AM Bid Services sees its partnership with Homes for Scotland as a natural fit for its continued business growth. 

Led by two fully qualified housing professionals with a cumulative 25 years' bidding experience, 

AM Bid Services is one of Scotland's fastest growing companies, with experience bidding and tendering in a broad range of relevant sectors, including: development and construction; repairs and maintenance; energy efficiency; mechanical and engineering; and professional services.

AM Bid Services Directors, Andrew Morrison, Managing Director and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, has previously worked within the housing departments at City of Edinburgh and West Lothian Councils and is a former Board Member of both Melville Housing Association and the Chartered Institute of Housing in Scotland. David Gray, Bid Development Director and Chartered Member of the CIH, has previously worked with Hanover Scotland, the Link Group and a private housing manager. The company also offers a strong commercial expertise, built on Andrew and David’s experience working in energy efficiency bidding, for British Gas and EDF Energy respectively. 

The company has David Sole OBE, a highly experienced executive coach and former Scotland international rugby captain, as its Non-Executive Chairman. David advises on growing and scaling the business, as well as acting as a Coach/Advisor to both Directors.

AM Bid Services is currently nearing the end of its 3rd year of trading, and continues to grow at an exponential rate. Turnover for 2015/16 exceeded £260k, up 195% on the first year, with turnover for 2016/17 on track to increase by a further 70% to £455k.
