Business After Hours - Launch party at Catax

"Business After Hours” event is designed to give local business people an opportunity to meet informally after work for networking and light refreshments. The aim is to bring networking to a raft of new business contacts who are unable to attend our usual daytime events. It is usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month between 5 – 7pm and this two hour time frame gives you the opportunity to discuss and share ideas while learning about other local business owners.

On 23rd May, we’ll be visiting the new office of Catax, a firm specialising in tax relief for businesses investing in research and development (R&D). The opening of Catax office based in Midlothian Innovation Centre marks the firm’s new venture on the Scottish marketplace. With the R&D on the up in Scotland, Catax believes thousands of innovative businesses could all benefit from R&D tax relief.
