Members' Visit to Amazon Warehouse

The Midlothian & East Lothian Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to a Networking and Behind the Scene tour to Amazon Fulfilment Centre on Thursday 5th September (9am – 12noon).  

The Fulfilment Centre in Dunfermline is Britain's largest Amazon distribution centre opened in 2011  and stretches over 1.5 million square feet. It has 5,900 modular solar panels which generate the equivalent amount of electricity required to power over 320 homes for one year.                                                        

This time we’ll be joined again by members of West Lothian Chamber and Fife Chamber of Commerce.

• Site overview – building facts, headcounts, volumes, ‘journey of an order’ etc
• Site Tour
• Refreshments
• Amazon impact in the local community
• Depart

We only have 10 places available at this event and will offer a place on a first come first served basis. Only 1 person from 1 company may attend.
