&Coaching

&Coaching is a UK-wide group of professional management coaches. We work with management teams and individual managers to help them develop further their capabilities in:

• Managing themselves
• Managing others
• Managing their business

We work either in structured and intensive workshops or one-to-one in a series of confidential sessions to achieve the outcomes desired by the client.

We have coached some 500 individual senior managers and organisations varying from small owner-managed firms, through charities and public sector bodies, to divisions of multi-national corporations.

We typically work with people who are good enough to recognise they could be even better, and desire to achieve that.

&Coaching's associates are all ex-senior managers/directors. Our backgrounds include:

• Hospital CEO
• MD of fine art autioneers
• MD of technology company
• Director of retail company
• Director of marketing company

The important thing about coaching, though, is that it's not consulting or business advising.  It's about challenging and supporting clients to get the very best from themselves.
