Chamber Breakfast Club

  • Are your Workplace wellbeing solutions fit for business?

  • Are you looking to reduce stress and sickness absence?

  • Are you looking to improve workplace productivity?

Most of our waking hours are spent at work, which means the working environment can play a big part in our health and wellbeing. Healthy and well-motivated employees can have an equally positive impact on the productivity and effectiveness of a business.

Health and wellbeing at work depends upon health and wellbeing at home.  As employers we need to care for our own health to credibly influence the health of our workforce.  As employees we want our bosses to nurture a healthy working environment. At our first Chamber Breakfast Club of 2017 we will be joined by 2 health experts Dr Rob Lawson from Core Health and Karen Hooton from Moonbeam Theraphies, who will look at the determinants of health in the 21st century and will discuss ways workers can do to reduce their risk of work-related ill health and use their time at work to boost their health.
